Refund & Moneyback Policy

1. General Provisions

This Refund Policy ("Policy") constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Service of DenyBots Secure Hosting ("DenyBots," "we," "our," or "us") and governs all refund requests related to our webhosting, domain registration, and related services (the "Services"). By purchasing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 General No-Refund Principle. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy or required by mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot be contractually waived, DenyBots operates on a strict no-refund policy for all Services provided. All sales and purchases are final once the Services have been properly delivered as described. This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding services that are not delivered or not provided as described.

2.2 Rationale. Due to the immediate provisioning of digital services, allocation of server resources, and automated nature of our service activation processes, payments made to DenyBots are non-refundable. This policy ensures operational efficiency and maintains competitive pricing for all users.

3. Domain Name Registrations and Renewals

3.1 Absolute No-Refund for Domains. Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are absolutely non-refundable under any circumstances due to the immediate processing of these requests with the respective registries and the reservation of the domain name exclusively for your use. Once a domain registration, renewal, or transfer request has been submitted to the registry, no refunds will be provided regardless of the time elapsed since the transaction.

3.2 Domain Registration Errors. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of domain name spellings, extensions, and registration details before completing your purchase. DenyBots assumes no responsibility for errors made during the domain registration process.

4. Account Funds

4.1 Non-Refundable Account Credits. Any funds added to your DenyBots account balance ("Account Funds") are considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Account Funds can only be used toward the purchase of DenyBots services and cannot be converted back to cash or transferred to another account or entity.

4.2 Account Fund Validity. Account Funds do not expire as long as your account remains active. In the event of account termination due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, any remaining Account Funds are forfeited. In case of account termination for other reasons, you may request, within 30 days of termination, the allocation of any remaining Account Funds toward future services if you choose to establish a new account.

5. Service Suspension or Termination

5.1 No Refunds for Violations. If your Services are suspended, limited, or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable policy or agreement, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind for the unused portion of your subscription or for any Account Funds associated with the account in question.

5.2 Data Preservation. Following service suspension or termination, DenyBots may, at its sole discretion, temporarily preserve your data in accordance with our internal policies. However, such temporary preservation does not entitle you to a refund or service restoration unless DenyBots determines, in its sole discretion, that the suspension or termination was made in error.

6. Digital Services and Statutory Rights Waiver

6.1 Digital Service Commencement. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that our Services constitute "digital content" that is delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the Services.

6.2 Waiver of Withdrawal Right. In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the performance of the Services has begun. Since our Services commence immediately upon successful payment processing and after obtaining your prior express consent via our order confirmation process, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer protection law is not applicable.

6.3 Explicit Acknowledgment. By checking the relevant box during the checkout process confirming your consent to immediate service provision, you explicitly acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service provision begins, and you expressly consent to this. This acknowledgment is recorded as part of your order process.

7. Payment Method-Specific Provisions

7.1 Cryptocurrency Payments. Payments made using cryptocurrency or other digital assets are non-refundable in fiat currency under any circumstances due to the nature of blockchain transactions and market volatility. In the highly exceptional case where DenyBots, at its sole discretion, approves a refund for a cryptocurrency payment, such refund will exclusively be provided as Account Funds, not as a return of cryptocurrency or fiat currency.

7.2 Credit Card Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. Initiating unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. DenyBots reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate all Services associated with your account;
  • Charge additional administrative fees for handling unwarranted disputes;
  • Report such actions to credit reporting agencies and collection services;
  • Take appropriate legal action to recover any disputed funds plus associated costs.

8. Limited Exceptions

8.1 Service Unavailability. In the rare event of extended service unavailability caused solely by DenyBots (exceeding the limitations specified in our Service Level Agreement, if applicable), DenyBots may, at its sole discretion, offer account credits or partial refunds. Such considerations are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not establish an entitlement to refunds for future incidents.

8.2 Billing Errors. In the event of demonstrable billing errors where you have been charged incorrectly for services not requested or at incorrect rates, DenyBots may issue refunds or account credits at its sole discretion. All billing error claims must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date with detailed supporting evidence.

9. Refund Request Procedure

9.1 Submission Process. In the limited circumstances where a refund might be considered under Section 8 of this Policy, refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and must include:

  • Your full name and account information;
  • Detailed description of the services purchased;
  • Transaction date and amount;
  • Specific reason for the refund request;
  • Any relevant supporting documentation.

9.2 Processing Timeframe. DenyBots will review properly submitted refund requests within 30 business days. All decisions regarding refund requests are made at the sole discretion of DenyBots and are final.

10. Policy Modifications

DenyBots reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy as needed. While minor modifications become effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on our website, material changes affecting your rights and obligations will be communicated through account notification at least 14 days before implementation. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
